Shipping Information
FREE shipping is available for all orders $100 or over anywhere within the U.S.A., U.S. territories, and APO/FPOs. Shipping is non-refundable for all returns.
KMCO is able to ship within the U.S. for all products, including the U.S. territories, such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, plus all APOs/FPOs.
SHIPPING PROCESS
You will be notified via e-mail once we receive your order, it has shipped, and upon arrival to you. Some orders might come in more than one package. To track the shipping of all orders, use the e-mail you provided with your purchase. For any questions, please e-mail shop@kellimarieco.com or use the Contact Page with "shipping question" in the subject line.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
Shipping will take about 2-7 days, and 5-10 days for all swimwear items. Due to COVID-19 and other shipping delays, it might take more time. If you are still waiting on your package after 2-5 days, please e-mail us at shop@kellimarieco.com
Shipping Policies
SHIPPING DELAY
There are shipping delays we know about ahead of time. For your convenience, we make these known to you as soon as we can. If there is a known shipping delay for an item(s), we will place that item in the "Shipping Delay" tab within the shop, and within the product description. This information is available for you to see and read when/before you place an order. The item(s) may arrive in one or more packages.
If the item(s) arrive AFTER the ship delay date, please e-mail us at shop@kellimarieco.com and we will look into it for you. If we become aware of a shipping delay once you have ordered, we will notify you, the customer, by e-mail. This can occur outside of the holiday season. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
For any other shipping delays, we will let you know on the website. You can also check this page and the blog for more information as we get it.
SHIPPING LIABILITY
Kelli Marie Co (KMCO) is not liable for any damage to your package during the shipping process. However, if your item(s) has been damaged, please e-mail us at shop@kellimarieco.com and we will be happy to help you return the item(s) or extend store credit for the cost of the item(s) only for the inconvenience. Taxes and shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are currently unable to ship internationally. When it becomes available, more information will become available here and on the FAQ Page.
The Holiday Shipping Schedule will appear here when it is available and before the start of the holiday season. Right now, shipping times are relatively normal.
