returns Policies

KMCO is able to accept returns for an item as long as it has remained unworn with the original tags and the original packaging if the return request has been initiated within 7 days of receiving all of the items within your order (the delivery date); initiating a return is done by submitting a return request to KMCo. on the Start a Return page. If your items came in a split order, the delivery date will be the date you receive the last package; this will be the date used. Returns can be initiated any day within the 7 days after the delivery date. Swimwear, intimates, jewelry, bodysuits, hair, beauty products, and all sale items from the KMCO shop are final sale only and can’t be returned. Sports bras can be returned. All limited stock and sale items can be returned right now IF it is NOT a final sale only item. A refund will be completed by the return of funds to you ONLY AFTER we have received the returned item(s) in the mail, and it is approved by our manufacturers. 


Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable. 


TERMS: A RETURN IS FULLY PROCESSED - occurs when you have returned the items to the correct shipping address, we processed the item(s), our manufactures have approved of the item(s), and we have e-mailed you with the status.

TERMS: A RETURN IS COMPETED - occurs when we have refunded you.

TERMS: A SPLIT ORDER – is an order that is delivered to you in more than one package. 

TERMS: DELIVERY DATE – the date an order is delivered to you; for an order that has more than one package this is the date when the last of the packages arrives and all your items are now delivered to you; this is the date used when returning an item(s) to us. 


Terms of Returns:  

  • Return an item(s) WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving your last (or only) package with all of the item(s) within your order.  
  • If you have a split order, e-mail us after the LAST package has arrived to you.  
  • The items do not need to be in the mail within the 7 days.
  • You will receive an e-mail from us with the shipping instructions, shipping address and/or label to the address.
  • Then, mail the unworn item(s) within 7 days after you have received the e-mail with the shipping instructions.

                        o  Some items will have a shipping label; some will have a shipping address only.

  •          o  If you have more than one item to return at the same time, some items many be shipped to different addresses. 
  • The customer is required to pay for the shipping cost for some items depending on the items being returned; unless the item is damaged, or a shipping error has occurred.

State of Returns: 

  • We can accept returns for an item if it has remained unworn with the original tags and the original packaging.
  • We can accept returns if the return request is submitted within 7 days of having received your last package(s) with all of your items. 
  • We can accept a return if is returned and mailed back to our manufactures within the 7 days after we have e-mailed you the shipping address and shipping label. 


Items that Can’t be Returned (Final Sale Only) are:

  • Swimwear
  • Intimates 
  • Jewelry
  • Bodysuits
  • Hair accessories (barrettes, clips, ect)
  • Beauty products 
  • All sale items


Returns on Limited Items and Sale Items: 

  • All limited stock items can also be returned if it is NOT a final sale only item (see above).  

The Process of Returns: 

  • Submit a return request at Start a Return/Exchange page with your name, e-mail, order number, item(s) information, and the reason for returning it WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving your last (or only) package with all of the item(s) from your order. 
  • Some item(s) may require a photo to return it. We will e-mail you if this is needed. 
  • We will process the return request. This will take about 1-3 business days.  If you need to supply a photo of the item, we will e-mail you with the photo and information needed. We will process the return and e-mail you back with the return shipping address and/or shipping label.
  • Then, you return the item(s) via the mail within 7 days upon receiving the e-mail from us containing the shipping address and/or shipping label. 
    • The customer is responsible for paying for shipping to return some item(s) unless it was a damaged item or a shipping error.
    • If you are returning more than one item, you might be shipping the items to different addresses,
    • Some items will come with a shipping label, some with a shipping address only; it depends on the manufacturer.
  • Our manufactures will inspect the returned item(s). If the above conditions have not been met, you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined altogether. We will notify you via e-mail if either of these issues occurs
    • If you are subject to a restocking fee, we will take the 20% out of your return; you will receive 80% of your refund of the cost of the item(s). 
    • Please allow 5-7 business days for this process. 
  • We will finish processing your return. You will receive an e-mail when the return has been fully processed. 
  • Then, you will receive a refund from KMCO on the cost of the item(s).
  • The return will then be completed when you receive a refund from KMCO on the cost of the item(s).


Process of Refunds and the Return of Funds for a Return:: 

  • You will receive a full refund on the cost of the item(s) from KMCO into the PayPal account, debit card, or credit card you provided at the purchase 2-7 business days once we have received the returned items and fully processed your return. Bank times may vary.
  • If you are subject to a restocking fee, we will refund you 80% of the cost of the item(s) into the PayPal account, debit card, or credit card you provided at the purchase 2-7 business days once we have received the returned items and finished processing your return. Bank times may vary.
  • A RETURN IS FULLY PROCESSED ONCE YOU HAVE RETURNED THE ITEMS TO THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, WE HAVE PROCESSED THE ITEM(S), and THEY HAVE BEEN APPROVED OF BY OUR MANUFACTERS, and WE HAVE E-MAILED YOU TELLING YOU THE RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED. 
  • A RETURN IS COMPLETE ONCE WE HAVE REFUNDED YOU. 


How to start a return: 

  • You can submit a return request via our Start a Return/Exchange page. The information you need to include is on that page and is also listed below. 


What to include in your return request:  

  • Your name 
  • E-mail 
  • Order number 
  • The item(s) information (item name, color, & size) 
  • The reason for returning the item(s) [see below]

Reasons for Return: 

  • Wrong size: too big or too small 
  • Wrong color 
  • Wrong Item(s) sent
  • Wrong item ordered
  • Description was incorrect or misleading
  • Product doesn't match the photos
  • Damaged Item(s)
  • Unsatisfied with the quality
  • Fit differently than expected 
  • Preference (Ex. You didn't. like. it like you thought) 
  • Other: Please tell why

exchanges Policies

We understand you may need or want to exchange one or more of your items at KMCO. However, we are unable to process or accept exchanges. You can return the item(s) if it qualifies for a return. You will receive a refund to the PayPal account, Debit or Credit Card for the amount for the item you paid. Taxes and shipping are non-refundable. A refund should appear in your account within 2-7 business days. Bank times may vary. Follow the Returns Policies. You will submit a return form via e-mail with the requested information, we will process it, and you will return your item(s) in the mail to address given to you by us. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item(s): 

You can return the item(s) you ordered by submitting a return request via the Start a Return & Exchange page and follow the instruction there. The same policies apply to every return.


Return of Funds for an Exchange: 

If you choose to return the item(s), you will receive the refund for the amount paid for the item(s). Taxes and shipping are non-refundable. We will automatically refund your PayPal account, Debit or Credit Card for the amount for the item you paid. Taxes and shipping are non-refundable. A refund should appear in your account within 2-7 business days. Bank times may vary.

Unavailable items Policies

We handpick all our items for you in our shop. Sometimes, an item(s) will become unavailable, even after you purchase. We will notify you by e-mail if this occurs while we are processing your order and refund you the amount you paid. Taxes and shipping are non-refundable. 


Terms: UNAVAILABLE ITEMS: (1.) An item(s) that you have ordered that we are unable to fulfill due to a shipping delay or issue or the item goes out of stock issue before the website has not been updated. We are not liable for this. 


If the item(s) you have ordered becomes unavailable we will e-mail you. Please use the Unavailable Items Policies below: 


Policy: We will notify you via e-mail to let you know your item(s) are unavailable. We will automatically refund your PayPal, Debit or Credit Card for the amount for the item you paid. Taxes and shipping are non-refundable. 


Return of Funds: A refund should appear in your PayPal account, debit or credit card within 2-7 business days. Bank times may vary. 


All restocked items will appear in the RESTOCKED tab of the Shop.
