CANCELLATION POLICY - for the KMCO shop
We are unable to cancel any order once it has been placed, including all digital content and magazines, on any item in the KMCO. Shop. Please make sure your order is in the correct quantity, size, and color before placing your order.
If you want to cancel an order, you can return the items by submitting a return request at start a return on the item(s) once you have received the items.
- Please make sure the items can be returned.
- All magazines and digital content are non-refundable and unable to be returned.
- Please follow the return policies; they apply to all returns.
- All taxes and shipping fees are non-refundable.
- How to Return an Item(s): You can return the item(s) you ordered, by submitting a request via the Start a Return & Exchange page and follow the instruction there.
- Return of Funds: A refund should appear in your PayPal account, debit or credit card within 2-7 business days once the return has been fully processed. Bank times may vary.
