Limited Stock Items are defined as items that we hold in low stock in quantity and/or in the number of sizes offered. They may or may not be fully stocked in other sizes, colors, and/or quantity. Once they are out of stock, they might out of stock permanently, until we are able to restock the item(s) or until another season. Limited stock items can be returned and follow the same return policies as other items in the shop. Limited Stock items appear in the section “Limited Stock Items” in the shop.

SALES POLICIES
Sales will occur throughout the year. We will notify customers of the sales in the banner at the top of the webpage, with discount codes if applicable, with the date(s) of the sale included. All sale dates will end at 11:59 C.S.T unless otherwise noted. If this changes it will be noted here. Once we start adding stock to the sale tab with the KMCo. shop page, any item that is in the sale page is on sale without the use of a discount code. Some sales will be announced via social media. All sale items are unable to be returned. We have the right to change the dates and other sales policies at any time.
DISCOUNT CODE POLICIES
We will offer discount codes for sales, blog subscription, brand ambassadors, and more. For sales, the discount codes will be made available on the banner at the top of the webpage, and throughout the webpage. Once you have subscribed, the blog subscription code will be e-mailed to you with a 10% off for your 1st purchase in the kmco shop. If you have already made a purchase within the kmco shop and then subscribe to the kmco blog, and still want to use the 10% discount code, please e-mail us at hello@kellimarieco.com and we will send you a new code that will be applied at your purchase with 10% off. The brand ambassador code will be e-mailed to you once you have been accepted into our Brand Ambassador Program. More codes will become available with information on them here. All discount codes are subject to change and must be used within the time frame of each code. All discount codes will end at 11:59 pm CST and must be used on that purchase for the code to work, unless we say otherwise. There are some codes that may last longer, and you will be notified via the webpage or e-mail if that is the case. KMCO is able to accept returns for an item as long as it has remained unworn with the original tags and the original packaging if the return request has been initiated within 7 days of receiving all of the items within your order (the delivery date); initiating a return is done by submitting a return request to KMCo. on the Start a Return page. If your items came in a split order, the delivery date will be the date you receive the last package; this will be the date used. Returns can be initiated any day within the 7 days after the delivery date. Swimwear, intimates, jewelry, bodysuits, hair, beauty products, and all sale items from the KMCO shop are final sale only and can’t be returned. Sports bras can be returned. All limited stock items can be returned right now IF it is NOT a final sale only item. A refund will be completed by the return of funds to you ONLY AFTER we have received the returned item(s) in the mail, and it is approved by our manufacturers.
Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

We love providing you with quality items. *Due to the sales, some items go out of stock and we can add them back to the store. We are unable to cancel any order once it has been placed, including all digital content and magazines, on any item in the KMCO. Shop. Please make sure your order is in the correct quantity, size, and color before placing your order.

We do not personally ship or manufacture any of the items sold in our shop (i.e. our clothing, accessories, shoes, etc). We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items purchased from our online shop at anytime for any reason once the order has been placed and paid for; this includes any lost or stolen item during shipping.
We are not responsible or liable to cover any of the costs should an item be lost or stolen. Nor are we liable or responsible for the item(s) once they have been shipped. However, we will – issue store credit for the cost of the item(s); shipping and taxes are non-refundable.

FREE shipping is available for all orders $100 or over anywhere within the U.S.A., U.S. territories, and APO/FPOs. Shipping is non-refundable for any returns and exchanges.
KMCO is able to ship within the U.S. right now for all products including the U.S territories like Puetro Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, plus all APOs/FPOs; some orders might come in more than one package. You will be notified via e-mail once we receive your order, it has shipped, and upon arrival to you. All shipping tracking information will occur via the e-mail you provide with your purchase. Shipping will take about 2-10 days. Due to COVID-19 and other shipping delays, it might take more time. If you are still waiting on your package after 30 days, please let us know via e-mail at shop@kellimarieco.com
SHIPPING DELAY
There are shipping delays we know about ahead of time. For your convinces, we make these known to you as soon as we can. If there is a known shipping delay, we will place that item in the "Shipping Delay" tab within the shop, and within the product description. These you are able to see and read when you place an order. The item(s) may arrive in one or more packages. If the item(s) arrive AFTER the ship delay date, please e-mail us at shop@kellimarieco.com and we will look into it for you. If we become aware of a shipping delay once you have ordered, we will notify you, the customer, by e-mail. This can occur outside of the holiday season. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

SHIPPING LIABILITY
Kelli Marie Co (KMCO) is not liable for any damage to your package within the shipping process. However, if damage to your item(s) has occurred, please e-mail me at shop@kellimarieco.com and we will be happy to issue a refund, exchange, or extend store credit for the inconvenience.
